Deferment Policy: If you are registered for and are injured or unable to attend, you can to defer your registration until next year and enter next year's race. There is a deferment fee for each registrant. (If you prefer a no cost option, you can transfer to the virtual event within the posted deadline). The deferment is valid for your entry into the next year's race only. (You cannot defer a deferment).
The last day to defer your 2025 registration to 2026 is March 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT
A DEFERMENT IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION FOR NEXT YEAR.
ALL 2026 DEFERMENT CODES EXPIRE 12/30/2025.
YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED ENTRY FOR NEXT YEAR'S RACE UNTIL YOU REGISTER with a valid code prior to its expiration. Be sure to enter a valid email address that you use as that is how we will communicate with you, send you your registration code and let you know when registration opens for next year's race.
