Traditional Options

1. Expo Pick Up: Thursday, April 3, 2025 & Friday, April 4, 2025 at Road Runner Sports, Thousand Oaks.

2. Race Day Pick Up: Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Chumash Park. Very limited pick up windows. See below for times for your distance. If at all possible, select another option.

Convenience Option

3. Purchase VIP Mail Out service to have your race bib mailed to you. Deadline to purchase is March 23, 2025.

To add on VIP Mail Out Service: Go to your Run Sign Up account. Go to Profile > Upcoming Event tab > Find Great Race >Click on Manage Registration > Add-Ons

What do I need to bring with me to Pick Up?

In order to pick up your goods, you MUST present the QR code on your Registration Confirmation Email. 

You can resend your confirmation email to yourself by going to your Run Sign Up account. Go to Profile > Upcoming Event tab > Find Great Race >Click on Resend Confirmation.

If you don’t have your email confirmation, present a government issued photo ID in order to claim your goods. 

Can someone else pick up my race packet and goodie bag?

IMPORTANT: Someone else can pick up for you on Thursday or Friday, but please make sure your race waiver is signed. If your race waiver is not signed, you must sign your race waiver in order for someone else to pick up for you.

In order for someone else to pick up your goods, your designated person MUST present the QR code on your Registration Confirmation Email. Your designated person should have the QR code on the email ready to present (either digital or printed is acceptable).  Your designated person will be solely accountable for your goods.

When you pick up on Thursday or Friday, you can head directly to the start on Saturday and avoid race day pick up at Chumash Park.

 

Race Day Pick Up:

At Chumash Park starting at 6 a.m. See below for narrow pick up windows. For a smoother race day experience we highly recommend you pick up on Thursday or Friday (see above). The distance from Pick Up to the Start Line of the half marathon, 10K and 5K is about a one-half mile walk uphill. Be prepared and allow enough time to get around where others are doing the same.

You must pick up for yourself on race day. 

In order to pick up your goods, you MUST present the barcode on your Registration Confirmation Email.  Be sure to have the barcode on the email ready to present (either digital or printed is acceptable). 

 If you don’t have your email confirmation, you must present a government issued photo ID in order to claim your goods.

Chesebro Half Marathon must pick up between 5:55 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. 

10K must pick up 6:25 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. It's critical that you are clear of the Registration/Pick Up tent, out of Chumash Park and on your way to the start, prior to the 7 a.m. start of the Chesebro Half Marathon in order for you to reach the start area in time. 

5K must pick up by 8:25 a.m.

1 Mile must pick up by 9:30 a.m.

*If you miss your pick-up window, you will likely miss the start of your race.

We have excellent booths offering fantastic deals. Bring your favorite form of payment because you'll want to go shopping - you'll find some great buys, information and samples from our exhibitors.

Bring a friend and they can sign up for any race that is not sold out at our Last Minute Registration.

VIP Mail Out Service

Purchase VIP Mail Out service when you register for the Great Race and have your race bib mailed to you for an additional cost of $23 per person + fees, all-in at $25.75. You can also add this on after you register by logging into your Run Sign Up account. With this option you can save a trip and do not need to attend in-person Packet Pick Up. You can head straight to the start line on race day. We mail the bib only. You will pick up your shirt and bag on race day at the VIP booth, after you finish your race.
